Fellow, Bridging the GapThis is my third year as a Fellow for the Bridging the Gap Project. I worked with other fellows as well as the Bridging the Gap directors to organize and lead each year's New Era Workshop (NEW). NEW brings together an interdisciplinary cohort of PhD students in the social sciences for three days of scenario exercises, panels on policy writing, and sessions on academic careers—all with the goals of arming PhD students with tools to best engage in policy-relevant research and the wider discourse on foreign policy.

Co-Founder, Future Strategy ForumI co-founded and work with sponsors and other graduate students to organize the Future Strategy Forum (FSF), an annual conference series that invites prominent female professors and practitioners in international relations to discuss major themes in U.S. foreign policy. The aims of FSF are amplifying the voices of diverse women in this field, bridging the academic-policy divide, and providing junior scholars with opportunities for mentorship and policy engagement. FSF is held every year due to the generosity of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and Kissinger Center at John Hopkins SAIS, as well as support from Bridging the Gap. Follow FSF at @FSFConference.
